Support Services

Software Support

Intech offers a range of software and support services that can be tailored to meet each client’s individual requirements.


Application software support is available from Intech’s offices in Dunedin, Christchurch and Wellington, as well as via a toll free help desk service to New Zealand clients.


Intech can provide assistance with the design and creation of customised documents, reports and Power BI dashboards, configuration of EDI exports/imports, integration with other Intech or third party products and the use of Intech utility software.

Remote Support

Intech utilises a number of remote access options to provide online assistance to clients throughout the world from their support base in New Zealand.


These include Remote Desktop Connection, Terminal Services, Citrix and TeamViewer.  This may be used in conjunction with secure access via Windows VPN or third party VPN software such as Forticlient or Open VPN.


By utilising these remote software tools most support queries can be resolved without the need for on-site visits.


Training courses on the Intech applications are run periodically at Intech’s offices or at clients’ premises by arrangement.


On-line Help reference manuals are provided with each application together with other training and procedural documentation as required.

Specialist Consultations

Our highly skilled and experienced staff are available to carry out on-site consultation with our clients’ management and staff to assist with maximising their use of the Intech applications.
